However, it is known that there are also watches with other patterns, such as bright spotted, from the same runs. This is probably because these watches were first finished in "gray" form, or with serial numbers, but without damascening, then damascened later when they were sold. Therefore, it seems certain that far fewer than 3,100 of these watches were produced.
