Due to some recent misappropriation the images, and copyright violations involving the intellectual property on this site, I feel the need to post this policy statement for all who use my site.
I created this site with all of its text and images for the use of the general public as an educational reference. As a professional photographer, I am very familiar with the United states laws regarding copyrights including Title 17, Chapter 1, paragraphs 106 and 107. I make a good part of my living defending these rights.
Please feel free to access this site for you viewing pleasure and for reference.
